thank you for a great stay. it is a stylish and nice hotel with particularly nice view of the bay. the staff are super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and provide a great service. the a double room is modern and has central heating, tv set and a refrigerator. the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast is delicious.

Great views, comfortable rooms, helpful staff

I loved my stay at this hotel! The views were amazing from the rooftop area, and my room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helped me out when I needed to find transportation to explore the city. Plus, the breakfast was substantial and kept me full all day.

The jewel in the crown was extremely friendly staff. Its location was amazing and marvellous near the industrial area. And it was also short walk to the Kobe port where all the attractions are located in, a subway that was 3 stops from downtown, and an island connected by a bridge.

I had an amazing stay at this exquisite hotel! The staff here were incredibly welcoming and supportive, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and had a comforting vintage ambiance. The views outside the windows were superb and I especially enjoyed walking and watching from the rooftop. The sauna was top-notch, offering a great way to relax and unwind. Plus, the breakfast served here was absolutely amazing, and the chef's skill was truly commendable.

The rooftop area was nice and clean, and the garments provided were comfortable. It was great to try out the onsen as it wasn't too crowded.

Stingy with the pillows and towels, only one pillow was provided which wasn't enough. Paying for the fitness center wasn't expected and the location was not the best as there wasn't anything nearby.

The hotel lacked shuttle transportation which made it inconvenient to travel around the area.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room. the room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with large windows offering stunning views of the city and harbor. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. Another perk was the rooftop view, spectacular at any time of day, and the convenience store nearby was well-stocked.

The hotel is situated in a somewhat industrial area, and it can take some time to reach the city center. the lack of carpeting in the rooms was a bit of a letdown, and the window cleanliness made for poor nighttime photo opportunities.
